Condition & logistics
Running vs Not Running
We accept motorcycles in any condition—running or not! If your bike is roadworthy, great! If not, we'll still take it off your hands. Don’t let a stalled engine or flat tire hold you back from making a difference.
Title Issues
Please ensure that your motorcycle’s title is signed on the back with the odometer reading filled in. If you’ve misplaced the title, we can help you with the process of obtaining a duplicate before donation.
Storage and Pickup Logistics
We make the donation process easy! You can keep your motorcycle in your garage or yard until pickup. Once you're ready, we'll coordinate a time that works for you to get your bike, hassle-free.
Title transfer & paperwork
In Pennsylvania, transferring the title of your motorcycle is a straightforward process. You'll need to complete the standard PA title transfer form and ensure that the title is signed over to us, including the odometer reading. If your title is not currently in your name or has issues, please consult the Pennsylvania DMV for notarization and any required forms. Don’t forget to remove your license plates before donation!
Tax deduction for this donation
Donating your motorcycle could entitle you to a tax deduction that typically ranges from $500 to the fair market value of the bike, depending on its condition. After your donation, we’ll provide you with IRS Form 1098-C, which outlines the details for your tax records. Always consult a tax professional for personalized advice regarding your deduction.
